Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via standard delivery and typically arrive within 8–10 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping on all UK orders. (Or: Standard shipping is calculated at checkout — whichever applies)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't shown up after 9 business days, please get in touch with us at info@oriselle.co within 7 days, including your order number and any relevant photos. We'll sort it out promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Oriselle cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help before dispatch.
