Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging or in reasonable condition. We do not require items to be unused — we want you to truly try your Oriselle product before deciding.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@oriselle.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
